Returning an order
The return window and the conditions that apply to it are to be confirmed by FM Supplements. Nothing on this page should be relied on until it has been.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied products
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right. This is separate from any change of mind policy and is not affected by it.
Opened supplements
For safety reasons opened supplements cannot normally be accepted for return unless the product is faulty or was incorrectly supplied.
